  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 3(2)(n) and (o) of the Civil Aviation Act 1969 [Act 3], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges)

(Amendment) Regulations 2024.
