LAND PUBLIC TRANSPORT

(PRESCRIPTION OF CATEGORY OF EXPRESS BUS SERVICES) REGULATIONS

2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 252(1)(tr) and (u) and subsection 252(2) of the Land Public Transport Act 2010 [Act 715], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Land Public Transport (Prescription of

Category of Express Bus Services) Regulations 2022.

Category and specification of express bus services 2.

(1)

There shall be two categories of express bus services as follows:

(a)

economy express bus; and

(b)

executive express bus.

(2)

Specifications of economy and executive express bus services shall be in accordance with the specifications as specified in the Schedule.

Revocation 3.

The Land Public Transport (Prescription of Category of Express Bus Services)

Regulations 2021 [P.U. (A) 421/2021] are revoked.
