Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat dalam borang-borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada mana-mana pihak yang berikut:

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat dalam borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulation 1981, here by give notice that the “Register Of Applications For Grants For The Replanting

Of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2008 shall open and shall be closed on the 31 December 2008.

Applications should be made on the prescribed application forms which may be obtained from any of the following:

Any application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
