Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada pejabat-pejabat berikut:

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the

Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2010 shall be opened on the 1 January 2010 and shall be closed on the 31 December 2010.

Application should be made on the prescribed applications forms obtainable from any of the followings:

Any application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
