Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada pejabat-pejabat berikut:

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

Aman in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry

Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber

Smallholdings” for the year 2004 shall be opened on the 1st day of January 2003 and shall be closed on the 31st December 2004.

Application should be made on the prescribed application forms obtainable from any of the following:

Any application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
