Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada pejabat-pejabat berikut:

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Hajah Zainabon binti Ismail, State RISDA Director of the State of

Terengganu in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6)

Regulations 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for

Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2009 shall be opened on the 1 January 2009 and shall be closed on the 31 December 2009.

Application should be made on the prescribed application forms obtainable from any of the following:

Any application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
