Seksyen 2

Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada pejabat-pejabat berikut:

(i)

Pejabat RISDA Negeri Pahang di Jalan Hj. Junid, 25200 Kuantan.

(ii)

Pejabat RISDA Daerah di Raub, Temerloh/Bera, Kuantan, Jerantut,

Lipis, Bentong, Maran.

(iii)

Kakitangan Luar Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan

Getah (RISDA).

Seksyen 3

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Ramli bin Mohd. Kassim State RISDA Director of the State of Pahang Darul

Makmur in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the

Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the

Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2003 shall be opened on the 1st day of January 2002 and shall be closed on the 31 December 2003.

Seksyen 2

Application should be made on the prescribed application forms obtainable from any of the following:

(i)

Pahang State RISDA Office at Jalan Hj. Junid, 25200 Kuantan.

(ii)

RISDA District Offices at Raub, Temerloh/Bera, Kuantan, Jerantut,

Lipis, Bentong, Maran.

(iii)

Field Staff of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority

(RISDA).

Seksyen 3

Any Application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 62 Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 3171 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 54015, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukiskan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 88315 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Surau Perumahan PASDEC, Bandar Indera Mahkota 2, di bawah kawalan Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the National Land Code, the State Authority has reserved the land measuring an area of 3171 square metres known as Lot 54015, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 88315 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey of Pahang for a public purpose, to wit a site for Surau Perumahan PASDEC, Bandar Indera Mahkota 2, to be under the control of Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang.
