Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Zainon bin Harun, State RISDA Director of the State of Negeri Sembilan

Darul Khusus, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8

of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No.

6) Regulations 1981, hereby gives notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2012

shall be opened on the 1st January 2012 and shall be closed on the 31st December 2012.

Any Application which is not made on the prescribed application forms of is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
