ARMS ACT 1960

ARMS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Arms (Amendment of Second

Schedule) Regulations 2016.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2017.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Arms Act 1960 is amended by inserting after item 17

and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
