Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Kawalan Bekalan (Barang-barang Kawalan) 1982.

Barang-barang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual adalah di isytiharkan sebagai barang-barang kawalan bagi tempoh 23hb Jun 1982 hingga 28hb Februari 1983 (termasuk kedua-dua tarikh itu).

Semua jenis mentega.

Semua jenis keju.

Semua jenis majerin.

Semua jenis minuman kotak dan botol.

(mengandungi alkohol dan tidak mengandungi alkohol).

Semua jenis ragi dan essen membuat kueh-mueh dan roti.

Jeli dan agar-agar.

Daging dan jeroan mentah-segar atau dijeruk.

Ayam, itik dan lain-lain burung.

Telur sebiji atau telur jeruk.

Buah-buahan yang diimport mentah-segar atau dijeruk.

Bawang besar dan bawang merah.

Onions and shallots.

Garlic.

Dried chillies.

Pepper and spices of all types.

Coconuts, whole or scraped.

Peas and beans of all types.

PERATURAN-PERATURAN SURUHANJAYA PERKHIDMATAN (PINDAAN JADUAL) 1982

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 13 74152 Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

1. Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan Peraturan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan (Pindaan Jadual) 1982 dan hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 15hb Mei 1981.

2. Jadual Kedua Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957 adalah dipinda—

"SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES

1. Chairman:

Per month

2. Deputy Chairman:

3. Members: Per month

Fixed allowance ... ... ... $3,310

In the event of the Deputy or any member performing the functions of the Chairman or Deputy Chairman during a period exceeding twenty eight days, he shall be entitled to an acting allowance, equivalent to the difference between his salary or fixed allowance, as the case may be, and the salary of the position he is acting in.

"（17）Where before the expiry of the term of appointment of a member of a Commission such member ceases to be a member thereof by virtue of the provisions of any written law, the member shall—

from the date he ceases to be a member of that Commission to the date of the expiry of his appointment, or to the date of his appointment to another Commission, whichever is the earlier."

SERVICE COMMISSIONS (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957 the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations:

1. These regulations may be cited as the Service Commissions (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 1982 and shall be deomed to have come into force on the 15th May 1981.

2. The Second Schedule to the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957 is amended—

"SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES

1. Chairman:

Per month

Salary ... ... ... ... $4,660

2. Deputy Chairman:

Salary ... ... ... $3,910

3. Members:

Fixed allowance ... ... $3,310

4. Acting Allowance:

PERATURAN-PERATURAN KERETAPI (BUKU TARIF NO.12) (PINDAAN) 1982

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen-seksyen 40 dan 42 Ordinan Keretapi 1948, Pengurus Besar, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat Peraturan-peraturan berikut:

1. Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Nama. Peraturan Keretapi (Buku Tarif No.12) (Pindaan) 1982.

2. Peraturan-Peraturan Keretapi (Buku Tarif No. 12) (Pindaan) (No. 3) 1981 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 1 dengan berikut:

1. Peraturan-Peraturan ini boleh dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Keretapi (Buku Tarif No. 12) (Pindaan) (No. 3) 1981 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Mac 1982.".

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40 and 42 of the Railway Ordinance 1948, the General Manager, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Railway (Tariff Book Citation. No.12) (Amendment) Regulations 1982.
