Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Goods under the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN – Hong Kong, China Free Trade Area)
(No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2020.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Goods under the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN –
Hong Kong, China Free Trade Area) (No. 2) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 279/2019] is amended in the Second Schedule—

by substituting for subheading 2903.39.90 00 and the particulars relating to it the following subheadings and particulars:
