Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 dan 10 Akta Fi 1951 [Akta 209], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Dalam Perintah ini, “Ketua Pengarah” ertinya Ketua Pengarah Institut Penyelidikan
Air Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Fi dan pembayaran fi
(1)
Fi yang ditetapkan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama hendaklah dibayar kepada
Ketua Pengarah bagi perkhidmatan analisis parameter kimia yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) mengikut unit yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).
(2)
Fi yang ditetapkan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Kedua hendaklah dibayar kepada
Ketua Pengarah bagi perkhidmatan analisis parameter biologi dan mikrobiologi yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) mengikut unit yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).

Fi yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah ini hendaklah dibayar sepenuhnya sebelum perkhidmatan selesai diberikan.
(4)
Semua fi yang dikutip di bawah Perintah ini hendaklah kena dibayar oleh
Ketua Pengarah dan dimasukkan olehnya ke dalam Akaun Amanah Institut
Penyelidikan Air Kebangsaan Malaysia yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 9
Akta Acara Kewangan 1957 [Akta 61].

FEES ACT 1951
FEES (NATIONAL WATER RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MALAYSIA) ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 10 of the Fees Act 1951
[Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Fees (National Water Research
Institute of Malaysia) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2021.
Interpretation 2.
In this Order, “Director General” means the Director General of National Water
Research Institute of Malaysia.
Fees and payment of fees 3.
(1)
The fees prescribed in column (2) of the First Schedule shall be paid to the
Director General for the service of chemical parameter analysis specified in column (1)
in accordance with the unit specified in column (3).
(2)
The fees prescribed in column (2) of the Second Schedule shall be paid to the
Director General for the services of biological and microbiology parameter analysis specified in column (1) in accordance with the unit specified in column (3).
(3)
The fees prescribed under this Order shall be paid in full before the service is completed.
(5)
All fees collected under this Order shall be paid by the Director General and credited by him into the Akaun Amanah Institut Penyelidikan Air Kebangsaan Malaysia established under section 9 of the Financial Procedure Act 1957 [Act 61].

Remission 4.
The Director General may remit the fees prescribed under this Order either wholly or in part or generally or in any particular case or class of cases.
