SPEED LIMIT (SECOND PENANG BRIDGE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987

[Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Speed Limit (Second Penang Bridge)

(Amendment) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2014.

Amendment of title 2.

The Speed Limit (Second Penang Bridge) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 52/2014], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the title by substituting for the words

“(SECOND

PENANG

BRIDGE)”

the words

“(JAMBATAN SULTAN ABDUL HALIM MU’ADZAM SHAH)”.

Amendment of paragraph 1 3.

Subparagraph 1(1) of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the words “(Second Penang Bridge)” the words “(Jambatan Sultan Abdul Halim

Mu’adzam Shah)”.

Amendment of First Schedule 4.

The First Schedule to the principal Order is amended in column (1), by substituting for the words “Second Penang Bridge” the words “Jambatan Sultan Abdul
