Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)

(West Malaysia) (Amendment) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 23 January 2026.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The

Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (West Malaysia) Order 1992

[P.U. (A) 462/1991] is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

under the heading of the STATE OF PERAK by inserting after item 118

and the particulars relating to it the following items and particulars:
