Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 (1) of the Stamp Ordinance 1949, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 1985.

(a)

the loan agreement between the Malaysia Building Society Berhad and the Government of Malaysia executed on the 5th May 1984;

(b)

the development agreement between the State Government and the Malaysia Building Society Berhad;

Seksyen 2

All instruments relating to—

(c)

the statutory lease between the State Government and the Malaysia Building Society Berhad, are exempted from stamp duty which would otherwise be chargeable under the Ordinance.

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (2) seksyen 22 Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Jadual Pertama) (Pindaan) 1985.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 9, butiran-butiran baru 10, 11 dan 12 yang berikut di bawah Ruang Satu, Dua dan Tiga masing-masing:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 22 of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976, the Minister Act 174. makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Educational Institutions Citation. (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 1985.

Seksyen 2

The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting after item 9, the following new items 10, 11 and 12 under the respective First, Second and Third Columns thereof:

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 61 Akta Cukai Jualan 1972, Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan Peraturan Cukai Jualan (Pindaan) (No. 2) 1985 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 14hb Mac 1985.

Seksyen 2

Peraturan 17 Peraturan-Peraturan Cukai Jualan 1972, yang disebut "Peraturan-Peraturan ibu" dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, adalah dipinda dengan menggantikannya dengan yang berikut:
