PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 92(1) Akta Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Swasta 1996 [Akta 555], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Swasta

(Pengecualian kepada Kolej MASA) 2020.

Tertakluk kepada subperenggan (2) Menteri mengecualikan Kolej MASA

(Nombor Perakuan Pendaftaran: DK073(B)) daripada pemakaian subseksyen 24A(3)

Akta berhubung dengan permohonan bagi pembaharuan pendaftarannya sebagai suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang telah habis tempoh pada 10 November 2018.

Pengecualian di bawah subperenggan (1) adalah tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Kolej MASA mengemukakan permohonan bagi pembaharuan pendaftaran dalam tempoh lapan belas bulan dari 10 November 2018.

(EXEMPTION TO KOLEJ MASA) ORDER 2020

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 92(1) of the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 [Act 555], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Private Higher Educational Institutions (Exemption to Kolej MASA) Order 2020. Exemption 2.

from the application of subsection 24A(3) of the Act in relation to the application for renewal of its registration as a private higher educational institution which has expired on 10 November 2018.

The exemption under subparagraph (1) is subject to the condition that

Kolej MASA submits the application for renewal of registration within eighteen months from 10 November 2018.
