FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)
(SHAH ALAM EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2
of the
Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. (1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Shah Alam Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Shah Alam
Expressway) Order 1999 [P.U. (A) 69/1999] is amended in the heading of Part II of the
First Schedule by substituting for the words “31 DECEMBER 2019” the words
“31 DECEMBER 2021”.
