Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Sungai Besi Highway) (Amendment) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2023.

(Sungai Besi Highway) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 126/2014], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by substituting for the words “15 May 2040” the words “15 July 2046”.
Substitution of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule:
