(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the Government of the State of Johore, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Eastern Dispersal Link

Expressway (EDL)) (Amendment) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 91/2012], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this

Order, is amended in subsubparagraph 2(1)(a) by deleting the words “the Inbound and

Outbound Toll Collection Centre in the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex

(CIQ) which is known as the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar,”.

Substitution of Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the Schedule the following
