dengan menggantikan butiran 7 dengan butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 106): Jalan Ajil–Kuala Berang

Bermula dari persimpangan Laluan 247, Jalan Kuala Berang–

Sungai Tong di koordinat U 5.076055, T 102.997250 dan berakhir di persimpangan Laluan 14, Jalan Kuala Terengganu–Bukit Besi di koordinat U 5.082186, T 103.085811 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam PETA 21: JALAN AJIL–KUALA BERANG

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 11) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 4 August 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman—

(a)

by substituting for item 7 the following item:

“7.

(Route 106): Ajil–Kuala Berang Road

Starting from the junction of Route 247, Kuala Berang–Sungai Tong

Road at coordinates N 5.076055, E 102.997250 and ending at the junction of Route 14, Kuala Terengganu–Bukit Besi Road at coordinates N 5.082186, E 103.085811 including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 21:

AJIL–KUALA BERANG ROAD (a distance of 10.110 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 20: PERMAISURI–BULATAN CHE SELAMAH ROAD the following map:

“MAP 21: AJIL–KUALA BERANG ROAD
