FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 14) ORDER 2022

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 14) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 21 October 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”—

(a)

by substituting for item 42 the following item:

“42.

(Route 34): Lingkaran Tengah Utama

Starting from Pahang-Kelantan state boundary at coordinates

N 4.747632, E 102.005755 and ending at Kg. Seberang Jelai at Route 8, Bentong-Gua Musang Road at coordinates N 4.245953,

E 101.976606 including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 21: LINGKARAN TENGAH UTAMA,

NEGERI PAHANG (a distance of 58.968 km).”;

(b)

by substituting for item 43 the following item:

“43.

(Route 34): Lingkaran Tengah Utama

Starting from Keruntung junction at coordinates N 3.608846,

E 101.912383 and ending at Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway at coordinates N 3.478986, E 101.921034 via Benus junction and

Mempaga

Roundabout including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 22: LINGKARAN

TENGAH UTAMA, NEGERI PAHANG (a distance of 22.337 km).”;

by deleting items 44, 45, 46, 48 and 50;

by substituting for MAP 21: NEGERI PAHANG the following map:
