dengan menggantikan butiran 4 dengan butiran yang berikut:

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 17) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)
(Amendment) (No. 17) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 November 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Johor Darul Takzim—
(a)
by substituting for item 4 the following item:
“4.
(Route 5): Johor Bahru-Muar Road
Starting from Johor Bahru at coordinates N 1.548067, E 103.656947
and ending at Johore and Malacca state boundary at coordinates
N 2.124815, E 102.500851 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 20: JOHOR BAHRU-MUAR ROAD (a distance of 178.620 km).”;
(b)
by substituting for item 8 the following item:
“8.
(Route 23): Muar–Segamat Road
Starting from the junction of Route 5, Johor Bahru-Muar Road at coordinates N 2.076229, E 102.549545 and ending at the junction

of Route 1, Johor Bahru –Gemas Road at coordinates N 2.506667,
E 102.816691 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 21: MUAR-SEGAMAT ROAD
(a distance of 73.389 km).”;

by substituting for MAP 20: JOHOR BAHRU-BATU PAHAT-MUAR-MELAKA
