  1. IN exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister after consultation with the State Government of Johor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012.

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2012.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Johor” by deleting item 31.
