Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 28 February 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”—

(a)

by inserting after item 50 the following item:

“51.

(Route 422): Kuantan Port Promenade

Starting from slip road at East Coast Highway 1

at coordinates N 4.067585, E 103.316536 and ending at junction of Route 101, Gebeng Bypass Road at coordinates

N 4.020254, E 103.365327, N 4.017733, E 103.360459 and

N 4.021163, E 103.36886 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 31: KUANTAN PORT PROMENADE

(a distance of 11.616 km).”; and
