PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Johor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (BANDAR PULAI JAYA INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Bandar Pulai Jaya

Interchange) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 11 November 2019.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

The part of the road known as the Bandar Pulai Jaya Interchange which is part of the Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Bridge and Expressway, Pontian Link

Expressway and Perling Expressway commencing from kilometre 26.075 at coordinates

N 173547.017, E 622725.578 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at the Limit of Maintenance Responsibility (LMR) at coordinates N 174405.145, E 622962.374 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000)

Grid, from the Limit of Maintenance Responsibility (LMR) at coordinates
