PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (ECO GRANDEUR INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Eco Grandeur

Interchange) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 31 October 2025.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

That part of the road known as the Eco Grandeur Interchange which is part of the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway commencing from kilometre 6.69 at coordinates

N 363909.494, E 380581.273 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 7.77 at coordinates

N 363982.727, E 381658.419 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid of the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway, both distances are measured from kilometer 0.00 of the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway at the Ijok Interchange including the Eco Grandeur Toll Plaza and its link roads and ending at the Limit of Maintenance Responsibility (LMR) at coordinates N 363016.702,

E 380991.224 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric Datum of Malaysia

(GDM2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.
