PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Johor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (INDAHPURA INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Indahpura Interchange)

Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 8 December 2011.

Declaration of road to be Federal road

2. (1) That part of the road known as the Indahpura Interchange which is part of the Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Bridge and Expressway, Pontian Link

Expressway and Perling Expressway commencing from kilometre 30.3 (at coordinates

N-48857.985, E+6820.398 of the Malaysia Cassini Grid) and ending at kilometre 32.2

Indahpura Interchange (at coordinates N-47389.172, E+8011.852 of the Malaysia

Cassini Grid) both distances as measured in a northerly direction from the international boundary of Malaysia and Singapore, including its link roads, is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
