- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Loans Guarantee (Bodies Corporate) Act 1965 [Act 96], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Loans Guarantee (Declaration of Bodies
Corporate) (Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn. Bhd.) Order 2011.

This Order comes into operation on 4 November 2011.
Declaration of application of the Act 2.
The body corporate known as Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn. Bhd. is declared to be a body corporate to which the Act applies.
