Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
(Administrative Review) (Amendment) Order 2017.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2017.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (Administrative Review) Order 2016
[P.U. (A) 239/2016] is amended in the Schedule, in column (4), by substituting for the words “Mahaphant Fibre-Cement Public Company Limited” the words “Shera Public
Company Limited (formerly known as Mahaphant Fibre-Cement Public Company
Limited)”.
