Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
(No. 3) Order 2020 (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order has effect for the period from 13 February 2025
to 11 December 2025.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 3) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 348/2020]
is amended in the Schedule, in relation to The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam—
