CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967

[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2012.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 86/2008], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

by deleting in item 6 in column (2) the words “except those designed to receive meteorological broadcast at spot frequencies (except those for the use of the telecommunication authority)”; and

(b)

by inserting after item 17 and the following items:

(c)

by substituting in item 30 in column (5) the words “Ministry of
