IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Values of Imported

Completely Built-Up Motor Vehicles) (New) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2013.

This Order comes into operation on 12 December 2013.
