Mana-mana orang yang menjual atau menawarkan untuk menjual apa-apa barangan harga terkawal yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (A) 161/2013 hendaklah meletakkan label berwarna merah jambu yang menunjukkan harga bagi setiap unit atau unit timbangan, nama yang memerihalkan barangan itu dan gred atau kualiti, jika ada, bagi barangan harga terkawal itu.

Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi subperenggan (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a)
jika orang itu suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit dan, bagi kesalahan kali yang kedua atau yang berikutnya, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit; atau
(b)
jika orang itu bukan suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit dan, bagi kesalahan kali yang kedua atau yang berikutnya, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit.

(PRICE MARKING OF PRICE-CONTROLLED GOODS) (NO. 2) ORDER 2013
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering
(Price Marking of Price-Controlled Goods) (No. 2) Order 2013.
(2)
This Order has effect for the period from 25 May 2013 to 31 May 2013.
Price marking 2.
(1)
Any person who sells or offers to sell any price-controlled goods published in P.U. (A) 161/2013 shall affix a pink coloured label indicating the price per unit or per unit weight, the name describing such goods and the grade or quality, if any, of such price-controlled goods.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with subparagraph (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a)
where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit and, for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit; or
(b)
where such person is not a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and, for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
