Harga pengeluar maksimum bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama bagi Negeri Sarawak ditentukan mengikut daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Harga borong maksimum bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua bagi Negeri Sarawak ditentukan mengikut daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

PRICE CONTROL AND ANTI-PROFITEERING

(DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM PRICE) (NO. 6) ORDER 2022

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering

(Determination of Maximum Price) (No. 6) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order has effect for the period from 29 May 2022 to 4 June 2022.

Maximum producer price 2.

The maximum producer price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the First Schedule for the State of Sarawak is determined according to districts as specified in column (2).

Maximum wholesale price 3.

The maximum wholesale price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Second Schedule for the State of Sarawak is determined according to districts as specified in column (2).

Maximum retail price 4.

The maximum retail price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Third Schedule for the State of Sarawak is determined according to districts as specified in column (2).
