Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering
(Determination of Maximum Price) (No. 8) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order has effect for the period from 1 November 2021
to 7 November 2021.
Maximum producer price 2.
The maximum producer price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the First Schedule for the States in Peninsular Malaysia, the State of Sarawak, the State of Sabah and the Federal Territories is determined according to the areas and districts as specified in column (2).
Maximum wholesale price 3.
The maximum wholesale price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Second Schedule for the States in Peninsular Malaysia, the State of Sarawak, the State of Sabah and the Federal Territories is determined according to the areas and districts as specified in column (2).
Maximum retail price 4.
The maximum retail price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Third Schedule for the States in Peninsular Malaysia, the State of Sarawak, the State of Sabah and the Federal Territories is determined according to the areas and districts as specified in column (2).
