IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Communications and Multimedia (Appointment of Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal) Order 2022. Appointment of Chairman of Appeal Tribunal 2. The Minister appoints Yang Arif Dato’ Ahmad Fairuz bin Zainol Abidin as the Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal for the period of three years with effect from 20 May 2022.
