- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502], Suruhanjaya membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Suruhanjaya melantik Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal
Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2019 hingga 20 September 2020 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil koperasi itu, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu.

Kos dan perbelanjaan
Apa-apa kos dan perbelanjaan yang dilakukan oleh Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan pengambilalihan kawalan di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah kena dibayar daripada dana dan harta Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad sebagai suatu caj pertama.

(APPOINTMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2019
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of
Control) (Appointment) (No. 3) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2019.
Appointment of control 2.
The Commission appoints Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the
Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 1 November 2019 to 20 September 2020
or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the co-operative society, whichever is earlier.
Costs and expenses 3.
Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the
Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad as a first charge.
