EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND

(AMENDMENT OF EIGHTH SCHEDULE) ORDER 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 74

of the

Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Employees Provident Fund

(Amendment of Eighth Schedule) Order 2022.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2022.

Amendment of Eight Schedule 2.

The Eighth Schedule to the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 is amended in the table, in column (3), by substituting for the words “9%” the words “11%”.
