PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 34(5) Akta Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia 1994 [Akta 520], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Lembaga Pembangunan

Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (Kadar Levi) 2026.

Perintah ini disifatkan telah berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2026 dan hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh hingga 31 Disember 2026.

Seksyen 2

Kadar levi yang dikenakan terhadap kontraktor diubah daripada suku peratus daripada jumlah kontrak kepada 0.125 peratus daripada jumlah kontrak.

(RATE OF LEVY) ORDER 2026

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 34(5) of the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 [Act 520], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri

Pembinaan Malaysia (Rate of Levy) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation from 1 January 2026 and shall continue to be in operation for the period until 31 December 2026.

Rate of levy 2.

The rate of levy imposed on a contractor is varied from a quarter per centum of the contract sum to 0.125 per centum of the contract sum.
