- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Levi Kenderaan Barang-Barang 1983 [Akta 294], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Levi Kenderaan Barang-Barang (Pengecualian) 1983 [P.U. (A) 549/1983]
dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(2)—
(a)
dalam subsubperenggan (h), dengan memotong perkataan “dan”
di hujung subsubperenggan itu;
(b)
dalam subsubperenggan (i), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subsubperenggan itu dengan perkataan “; dan”; dan
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas subsubperenggan (i) subsubperenggan yang berikut:
“(j)
kenderaan barang-barang yang mempunyai permit rentas sempadan kenderaan barangan ASEAN yang sah.”.

GOODS VEHICLE LEVY (EXEMPTION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Goods Vehicle Levy Act 1983 [Act 294], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Goods Vehicle Levy (Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 3 March 2025.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Goods Vehicle Levy (Exemption) Order 1983 [P.U. (A) 549/1983] is amended in subparagraph 2(2)—
(a)
in subsubparagraph (h), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the subsubparagraph;
(b)
in subsubparagraph (i), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subsubparagraph the words “; and”; and
(c)
by inserting after subsubparagraph (i) the following subsubparagraph:
“(j)
goods vehicle with a valid ASEAN goods vehicle cross-border permit.”.
