SUBORDINATE COURTS (CONSTITUTION OF SESSIONS COURTS AND MAGISTRATES’
COURTS FOR THE FEDERAL TERRITORIES OF KUALA LUMPUR AND LABUAN)
ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 59(1) and 76(1) of the
Subordinate Courts Act 1948 [Act 92], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Subordinate Courts (Constitution of
Sessions Courts and Magistrates’ Courts for the Federal Territories of
Kuala Lumpur and Labuan) Order 2021.
Constitution of Sessions Courts 2.
The Sessions Courts as specified in column (1) of the First Schedule are constituted with effect from the date of constitution as specified in column (2).
Constitution of Magistrates’ Courts 3.
The Magistrates’ Courts as specified in column (1) of the Second Schedule are constituted with effect from the date of constitution as specified in column (2) and with the local limits of jurisdiction as specified in column (3).
