Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Menteri-Menteri Kerajaan

Persekutuan (No. 3) (Pindaan) 2021.

Subperenggan 2(a) dan (b) disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 16 April 2021.

MINISTERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT (NO. 3) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government (No. 3)

(Amendment) Order 2021.

(2)

Subparagraphs 2(a) and (b) are deemed to have come into operation on 16 April 2021.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order (No. 3) 2020 [P.U. (A) 201/2020]

is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

by inserting after the words “Dato’ Sri Hajah Nancy binti Haji Shukri” in the

“Person” column the words “Datuk Guan Dee bin Koh Hoi”; and

(b)

by inserting in the “Style and Title/Date of Appointment” column appearing against the words “Datuk Guan Dee bin Koh Hoi” in the “Person” column as amended, the words “Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture/

16 April 2021”.
