Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2022.

(2)

Subparagraph 2(a)

is deemed to have come into operation on 13 September 2021.

(3)

Subsubparagraphs 2(b)(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) are deemed to have come into operation on 11 September 2021.

(4)

Subparagraphs 2(c) and (d) are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2022.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order (No. 3) 2021 [P.U. (A) 383/2021]

is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

in respect of the Prime Minister’s Department, by inserting after the item

(b)
