  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(No. 3) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2022.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 11 March 2022.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order (No. 3) 2021 [P.U. (A) 383/2021]

is amended in the Schedule in respect of the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and

Cooperatives in the English language text—

(a)

by substituting for the item “Minister of Entrepreneur Development and

Cooperatives” in the “Style and Title/Date of Appointment” column the item

“Minister of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development”;
