Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 222/2009] is amended in respect of the Prime Minister’s Department by deleting the words “Dato’ Murugiah a/l Thopasamy” in the “Persons” column and the words “Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department” appearing against them in the “Styles and Titles” column.
