MINISTERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2012

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 30 July 2012.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2009

[P.U. (A) 222/2009] is amended in respect of the Ministry of Housing and Local

Government by deleting the words “Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Lajim bin Haji Ukin” in the

“Persons” column and the words “Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government”

appearing against them in the “Styles and Titles” column.
