PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS

(PROHIBITION OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications

(Prohibition of Undesirable Publications) Order 2023.

Prohibition 2.

The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of any publication as described in the Schedule which is likely to be prejudicial to morality is absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
