  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by Article 95C of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Borneo States (Legislative Powers)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023.
