Pengecualian
Menteri mengecualikan semua pelancong yang merupakan warganegara
Republik Rakyat China daripada keperluan visa yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:
pelancong hendaklah, melalui Sistem Pendaftaran dan Maklumat
Perjalanan Elektronik, mendaftar sendiri atau didaftarkan oleh agensi pelancongan di Republik Rakyat China yang berdaftar dengan Pejabat
Perwakilan Malaysia di Republik Rakyat China;
tempoh Pas Lawatan Sosial hanya terhad kepada lima belas hari sahaja bagi setiap kemasukan tanpa apa-apa pelanjutan tempoh;

U16 Lapangan Terbang Labuan, Wilayah Persekutuan; atau
pelancong tidak dibenarkan memohon apa-apa pas lain yang dikeluarkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Imigresen 1963 [L.N 228/1963];
pelancong hendaklah menaiki penerbangan terus dari Republik Rakyat
China ke Malaysia atau memasuki Malaysia melalui Singapura dan mempunyai tiket penerbangan balik; dan
pelancong hendaklah mengemukakan bukti wang poket yang mencukupi, kad kredit atau kad ATM dengan logo UnionPay dan jadual perjalanan semasa ketibaan.

PASSPORTS (VISA TO TOURIST FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA)
(EXEMPTION) (NO. 2) ORDER 2016
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Passports (Visa to Tourist from the
People’s Republic of China) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2016.
This
Order comes into operation on 1
January 2017
until 31 December 2017.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts all tourists who are citizens of the People’s Republic of
China from the requirement of visa required under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:
tourist shall, through the Electronic Travel Registration and Information
System, self-register or be registered by a travel agency in the Poeple’s
Republic of China registered with the Malaysian Mission Office in the
People’s Republic of China;
the period of Social Visit Pass shall only be limited to fifteen days for each entry without any extension of period;

enter and exit from Malaysia only through authorized points of entry as follows:
D12A Immigration Control Post at Complex Sultan Abu
Bakar, Tanjung Kupang, Johore;
tourist shall not be allowed to apply for any other passes issued under the
Immigration Regulations 1963 [L.N 228/1963];

tourist shall take a direct flight from the People’s Republic of China to
Malaysia or enter through Singapore and have a return air ticket; and
tourist shall produce proof of sufficient pocket-money, credit card or
ATM card with the UnionPay logo and itinerary on arrival.
