(EXEMPTION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passport Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Passports (Visa to Tourist from the
People’s Republic of China) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2016.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2016 until 31 December 2016.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Passports (Visa to Tourist from the People’s Republic of China) (Exemption)
Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 46/2016] is amended in subparagraph 2(c)–
(b)
by inserting after subsubparagraph (vi) the following subsubparagraphs:
“(vii) U14 Melaka Airport, Batu Berendam, Melaka; or
(viii)
U16 Labuan Airport, Federal Territory;”.
